• Furries, Humans/humanoids.
• Robots/mecha (detail fee possibly to be discussed).
• Drug usage.
• Custom characters.
• LGBTQIA+ pride pieces.
• Graphic designs/posters/logos.
• Heavy gore/horror.
• NSFW + kink/fetish.I WILL NOT DRAW ✖️
• Realistic portraits of real people/pets/etc.
• Non platonic artwork of real people.
• ANY political pieces + speech + symbols of ANY kind.
• Subjects with AI generated references/origins.

FAQ/EXTRA INFO:
• Complicated/detailed characters/pieces may cost extra. This will be discussed over messaging and the fee for added detail will be calculated accordingly.• cUSTOM characters/logos/pieces etc (Meaning you do not have a character or piece reference) will have a small additional fee.• I do a simple background with every piece. Detailed backgrounds will have an additional fee• I draw chibis. Any character chibi-fied will be cheaper than original pricing.• Extra characters in a single piece are just double your commission total.

PERSONAL TOS
• Please do not constantly message me while waiting for a commission. I am simply your hired artist, just as you are my customer.
• If you are being disrespectful towards me during the commission process and fail to keep cool and collected, I will refund you if you have already paid and refuse the completion of your commission.
• I do not and will never utilize AI in my work, nor work with those who support it. Using my artwork for generative AI will result in a blacklist & block.PAYMENT/REFUND TOS
• Payment must be complete before artwork is to be started. However, there is an option to do half payment for the sketch, and pay the rest for completion of the commission.
• I use VENMO & PAYPAL. Venmo preferred. If you use PayPal with me, you must pay the additional fees within their system or pay through friends and family.
• Because this is a CUSTOM product, I do not do refunds after artwork is completed. I’m sorry if you are displeased with the finished project, but asking me to tweak things on it is most likely possible. Please see my revisions information for requested additional altercations on the bottom of my TOS.
• If I find that I am no longer physically able to complete your commission in a reasonable amount of time I will give you a full refund. Partial refund if I have already completed a sketch/part of the artwork.CREDIT TOS
• You may not remove my ‘signature’ on the artwork. It is not a watermark, and you are free to watermark the piece yourself once you receive it.
• I sometimes post commissions after I complete them with a caption like “commission for a user from [insert social media platform/Instagram for example]” Please let me know if you would not like your artwork posted anywhere or would like to have your username in the caption.
• Please credit me as an artist if you are using my artwork for something. I won’t hunt you down if you don’t, but it is nice to have viewers know the artwork's origin.TURNAROUND TIME TOS
• My artwork may take a while. I have a very hectic life and work outside of commissions, so please keep in mind that I’m human too. If you are in a queue, I will usually complete your artwork within a couple months after payment. Larger queues could mean more months.DESIGNS/CHARACTERS/CUSTOMS TOS
• Once you receive a character from me they fully belong to you. You can redesign them, sell them, trade them, etc.
• If I am the designer of the character, give proper credit where credit is due, even if you have redesigned said character.ARTWORK REVISION TOS
•During the process of your commission you can make a total of 2 large revisions. After this, I will begin charging for each revision.
